"I am Feeling Much Stronger"
After working with Dr. Q for several months I would highly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a climbing related injury, or non-climbing related injury for that matter, as he is good at finding the root cause of the problem and is very knowledgeable.
I had a significant amount of pain in my A2 pulley that got much worse a month later while full crimping.
After re-aggravating my injury I decided to seek professional advice and treatment to figure out the reason for getting frequent finger injuries and what to do differently.
Due to Dr. Q’s unique training and treatment I was able to climb after my first session and had significantly less pain in my finger.
I am feeling much stronger after working with Dr. Q.
I am confident that he provided me with a plan going forward to climb unhindered by injury and much healthier in the long run.

I've been climbing for 14 years and stuck in a V6/V7 5.12 plateau for most of that time due to a string of unfortunate injuries.
Most doctors I’d seen up to now didn’t care about fixing the root cause of these injuries and recommended I simply stop rock climbing. Dr. Q gave me the opposite experience…he was focused on getting me back stronger than ever.
In the time we’ve worked together Dr. Q has helped to resolve my knee, hip, and pelvic floor issues while keeping me climbing and doing sport specific training.
My neck and spine issues are also better because my overall mobility is better.
I'm happy to report I’ve climbed my first V10.
