I'm the Person You Come to See When You Want to Get Over Your Finger Injury

Hello, I'm Dr. Q

I’m an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist and Doctor of Physical Therapy here to help you find lasting relief from chronic pains and rock climbing injuries.

I know what it’s like to struggle with injuries.

Back when was a competitive soccer player, I injured my knee (ACL tear) which I got surgery for.

The unimaginable happened when I re-injured the same knee, and I needed another surgery… and even worse, another surgery…

After my 3rd surgery, I questioned whether it was possible to get back to a place where I could enjoy sports again.

I remember feeling isolated and alone. I felt left out when I watched my friends play sports without me.

I knew there had to be a better way. I found sport-specific physical therapy.

Seeking out sport-specific physical therapy is what allowed me to finally overcome my injuries and return to playing the sports and activities I loved the most, without fear of re-injury.

Now I tailor my personal experiences, extensive trainings, and qualifications to each individual patient to help them achieve their personal health and competition goals.

"Hopes to Get Back to Strong Climbing Before Nationals."

"I went to an appointment with Dr. Q with a minor A5 pulley injury, with the hopes to get it back to strong climbing before nationals.

The appointment was 2 days after the pain started, and 2 1/2 weeks before nationals, and in this time Dr. Q was able to tend my finger back to 100%.

In all Dr. Q knows what he’s talking about when it comes to climbing and finger injuries, and has a fantastic recovery program that doesn’t involve stopping climbing for weeks or months for your finger to slowly heal.

10/10 would highly recommend, especially to climbers."

"I Was Able to Climb Pain Free"

"I was experiencing finger pain that was keeping me from climbing at my limit for months before I finally decided to seek help so I could climb pain free at an upcoming competition and climbing trip.

After seeing Dr. Q for 2-3 months prior to those events, I was able to climb pain free at both.

I would recommend Dr. Q to any climbers who are dealing with a climbing injury - it makes a huge difference working with a fellow climber who understands how climbing affects the body."
